FUNCTIONALITIES


Automatic vehicle tracking.

In-cabin management via specifically designed displays for service data treatment, including data related to the skip container which is delivered and/ or collected.

With this powerful system your traffic department will be able to efficiently manage all service activity, collections, etc, minimizing costs and increasing the productivity of its mobile resources.

The solution incorporates internet based new technologies and is easily integrated with any ERP management system.



REGISTRATION AND SERVICE MANAGEMENT (optional)


The user will be able to allocate different services to each vehicle through a web navigation or similar system, from the central control base. Before leaving the base or during the working shift, they will have access to the information via the vehicle screen, allowing them to make consultations, modifications, etc.


Each service will have four possible statuses:

> Allocation.

> Acceptance.

> Loading.

> Unloading.


These four statuses can be allocated from the vehicle itself, which allows to have the control of each activity and its status in real time.



ROUTE PLANNING


Once an order or a collection request enters the system, it integrates it in the vehicles' planned itinerary.


Several previously defined criteria can be introduced by the company, in order to allocate a service to a specific vehicle.



COMMUNICATION AND ACCEPTANCE OF SERVICE


Once the automatic log-in is made on the vehicle's in-cabin device, the central server will communicate the list of services that the traffic department has allocated to that vehicle.


The list will show the following information:

> The place where the loading will take place.

> Date/ hour/ minute.

> Description of the service to be provided.


The vehicle in-cabin application will regularly inform the driver and the traffic manager about the vehicle's position, new services or modifications to existing services in a transparent and open way.


Skip containers location: via the tracking of the point for unloading, it will allow to track the company's containers.


Printing of delivery notes: via the installation of a printer in the vehicle, the driver will be able to print the delivery note to be signed by the customer



ACTIVITY CONTROL


The container management company's activity generates information which is kept by the system.


This information related to vehicles' routes, skip containers tracking, clients, collections and deliveries historical reports, employees working times, etc, can be of great importance in order to analyze management efficiency.
